Model Overview

New for 2023 was the eagerly awaited mid-generation facelift Urus S from Lamborghini. Serving as an update of the original Urus that debuted back in 2017, Lamborghini has taken their bestselling car and made it even better, with more aggressive styling, a slightly more powerful engine, and even more ways to personalise and spec out your dream car through the Ad Personam programme.

Lamborghini have certainly raised the bar for what an SUV is capable of with what can only be perceived as outrageous performance bringing the Lamborghini DNA to compete with the likes of the Range Rover for the very first time. With plenty other supercar manufacturers entering the SUV space, none commit to their performance roots quite like Lamborghini.

With Lamborghini's turbocharged engine, the Urus is astoundingly quick combining power with class-leading handling to ensure this trumps all other SUVs in more ways than one. With a thunderous twin-turbo V8 providing plenty of thrills and 6 different driving modes including 3 off-road modes the Urus makes the ultimate statement as a Lamborghini which can fit the whole family.

WHAT THE JOURNALISTS SAY

  • The new Urus S sits in the sweet spot between performance and practicality. It still has the theatre you expect from a Lamborghini in terms of performance but it also delivers as a family SUV.
    Auto Express
  • Whether you go for the S or Performante version, the 657bhp V8 engine gets no less exciting. In fact, it's fast to the point that your vision starts to go slightly blurry at the edges.
    What Car?
  • As always with a modern Lamborghini, there’s quality underneath the melodrama. The gearbox feels like it’s from another century compared to the DBX.
