The DB11 takes the sublime 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 from Mercedes and nestles it into a body styled by a manufacturer who knows a thing or two about making a jaw-droppingly good looking cars. Whilst the hugely improved infotainment and turbocharged engine are clear signs of Mercedes influence, it is the aggressively modern design and the quality of the British made interior which really catch the eye. Very much a GT car Aston managed to make the DB11 noticeably more spacious and practical than the DB9, especially noticeable in the boot department of this car, where it manages to be 20% larger than the equivalent DB9. The Skyhook adaptive damping system provides fantastic ride control and this along with the smooth delivery of the V8 is what DB11 owners will grow to truly appreciate.
