The Range Rover received a whole host of upgrades and updates for the 2018 model year and was the first proper facelift since the inception of the fourth generation Range Rover in 2012. The front grille is the most obvious way of distinguishing it from the old model, but the dual screen infotainment system was perhaps the biggest improvement. Luxury is at the top of the agenda when in the opulent Autobiography spec and this car is all about the wonderful sense of serene detachment from the noise, stress and bustle of the outside world.
The LWB features extra luxury and refinement over the standard model with much increased legroom making it one of the most spacious and comfortable limousine style cars on the market. Rear occupants are able to seamlessly switch between a 4-seat set up and a 5-seat arrangement thanks to Range Rover's rather ingenious electrically deployable central armrest. Despite the rising number of expensive rivals, the Range Rover still remains the benchmark striking just the right balance of upmarket style and road presence which makes it so popular around the world.

WHAT THE JOURNALISTS SAY
- The V-8, on the other hand, delivers shockingly quick acceleration and even the most committed environmentalists will have to admit it sounds glorious.
- Inside, the Range Roverās cabin remains a fine example of British design and luxury, with top-notch materials and a smart layout.
- The fruitier V8 rumble is an enjoyable accompaniment more of the time, too, the effortless surge it brings is never anything less than appealing.
