The GT2 RS is one of the hottest cars on the market especially when specified with the hugely desirable Weissach Package. With an official Nurburgring production car lap record of 6 minutes 47.3 seconds; the GT2 RS was the king of the ring when it was released, but the pinnacle of the 911 family, being the most powerful example ever built. The 3.8L engine produces a scarcely believable 690 bhp, an astonishing 138 bhp increase over the 991 Turbo S, thanks to new larger turbochargers, a freer flowing titanium exhaust system and more aggressive mapping and boost pressures.
The Weissach Package is all about weight saving with features such as magnesium wheels, key carbon fibre components and a titanium roll cage, with the added benefits of safety and chassis stiffness. The full carbon fibre bucket seats and six-point racing harnesses keep you and your brave passenger firmly in place whilst this monstrous car pulls otherworldly level of cornering G-force. The car is beautifully appointed in terms of material selection, build quality and driver convenience and amenities, making it a functional road car alongside it's savage track weapon credentials. Porsche have produced an outstanding automotive masterpiece with scintillating hypercar beating levels of performance, the likes of which we have never seen from a 911 before. In short, the GT2 RS is currently the undisputed king of the road.
