In terms of exterior styling the outgoing Macan was one of the better-looking compact SUVs on the market and thus Porsche have been relatively subtle with their stylistic changes. From the pre-facelift model, the front sees an updated front bumper and LED headlights now introduced as standard, whilst a double slatted roof spoiler, fully integrated light bar and dual twin tailpipes. The 2.9L V6 Twin-Turbo engine in the GTS is tuned to produce 375 bhp with a 0-62 time of 4.9 seconds and a top speed of 162 mph. With all this performance however the Macan is still a comfortable SUV, with an efficient use of space inside the Macan feels as if the dimensions are greater than they are. Overall the Macan GTS remains as one of the best compact performance SUVs on the market.
